St. Croix Bay, Long Harbour, August 23

What a difference this 14′ Jon boat makes! Now, we can access the water that is slightly inland of the beach, and remove even more plastic debris.
Today Shawn and Andrew removed 4 tires, 13 rope bags of plastic, 25 buckets, 42 pieces of fish pans, 60 bleach bottles, lube bottles, 5 pieces of plastic pipe, 11 pieces of milk crate, 2 garbage can lids, 2 stryofoam buoys, 2 fishpans full of rope and net, 1 crazy carpet, 1 welders mask, 3 pieces of dragnet, one grey vat cover, 2 fishpans of small plastics, 1 propane tank, 12 bucket covers (1-5 gallon), 2 hard hats, 5 plastic tobacco cans, 4 plastic buoys from the mussel farm, and a 1 Tim Hortons cup.
